These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://inkypaperhouse.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products offered by Una Eglite, registered as a sole trader in Latvia, operating under the name Inky Paper House.

By accessing this Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Products

Inky Paper House offers:

• Original artwork

• Commissioned (custom) artwork

• Digital products, including guides, digital downloads, brushes, colouring pages, and other downloadable content

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may be updated at any time without prior notice.

I make every effort to display products accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, and printing methods.

2. Pricing and Payment

Product prices are set in Euros (€). Depending on your location, prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience. Final charges are processed according to the currency shown at checkout.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed, delivered, or shipped.

Payments are securely processed through Shopify and its supported payment providers.

I reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.

3. Commissions (Custom Artwork)

Commissioned artwork is created specifically for an individual customer based on their instructions, references, or requirements.

Because commissioned artwork is custom-made and personalised, it cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded once work has begun.

The client is responsible for providing accurate reference materials and instructions before work starts.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all copyright and reproduction rights remain the property of the artist. The purchase of a commission grants the client ownership of the physical artwork and a personal-use licence only.

Commercial use, reproduction, resale, or distribution of commissioned artwork requires prior written permission.

4. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and may include PDF guides, digital downloads, brushes, colouring pages, and other downloadable content.

Access to digital products is provided immediately after purchase through download links, email delivery, or other electronic means.

By purchasing a digital product, you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal ends once access to the digital product has been provided.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once access, delivery, or download has been provided.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Physical products are shipped from Latvia.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances outside my control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy available on this Site.

In summary:

• Original artwork may be eligible for return in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

• Commissioned artwork is non-refundable once work has begun.

• Digital products are non-refundable once access has been provided.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, product descriptions, text, downloads, guides, digital content, logos, and other materials displayed on this Site are the intellectual property of Inky Paper House and Una Eglite unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

The purchase of artwork or digital products does not transfer copyright ownership.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inky Paper House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this Site or any products purchased through it.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Privacy

Personal information submitted through the Site is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

By using the Site, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described in that policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia and applicable European Union consumer protection legislation.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
