Refund policy

Physical Products :

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return physical, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Once item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued (excluding original shipping fees)

Commissions & Personalized items :

Due to custom nature of commissions and personalized artwork, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are accepted once the commission process has begun.

Digital products :

All digital products are non-refundable. By purchasing, you agree to waive your right to withdrawal, as digital files are delivered immediately after purchase.
