Thank you for supporting Inky Paper House. This Shipping Policy explains how physical and digital orders are processed and delivered.
Processing Time
Original artworks and other physical products are carefully packaged and shipped within 2–5 business days after an order is placed.
Commissioned artwork may require additional production time depending on the scope of the project. An estimated timeline will be provided when the commission is confirmed.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped from Latvia via Latvijas Pasts or another suitable shipping provider.
Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched, where available.

Rest of the World
10–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, weather conditions, holidays, strikes, or other factors outside my control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and selected shipping method.
The final shipping cost will be displayed before payment is completed.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
I am not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and are not shipped physically.
Access to digital products is provided immediately after purchase through download links, email delivery, or both.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your package has not arrived within a reasonable time after shipment, please contact me as soon as possible.
If a package appears to be lost in transit, I will work with the shipping provider to investigate the issue and help find a solution where possible.
Claims regarding lost shipments should be reported within 45 days of the shipment date.
